Fake Invoice

If you received an invoice from Prescott Business Solutions take a real close look.  I’ve seen scams similar to this before, but this one is a bit different.  Before they used to ship you toners, ink cartridges, etc. and then bill you for them at inflated prices, even though no one from your office ordered them.  This time, no shipment at all.  Just an invoice sent directly to accounts payable for payment.

Things that were wrong on this invoice

1. No actual persons name that ordered the items

2. Does not know the actual suite number of the business

3. Totally brand new vendor, no one even knew who they were

4. Phone number was a fake, went straight to a voice-mail that was completely full.
