because trying to go start &gt;run&gt; regedit. my KB typed reged5t cause numlock was already on :-)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I also had a problem with Num Lock feature in T43 where it will not allow me to type in normally and automatically enabled the Num Lock on the keypad. So instead of showing the letter, it comes up with a number!

I tried following the steps provided above, however, typing in REGEDIT in the Run command is next to impossible because of the problem with Num Lock.

As a resolution, I pulled up the On-Screen keyboard from Start &gt; All Programs &gt; Accessories &gt; Accessibility &gt; On-Screen Keyboard, and from there, disabled the Num Lock key and voila! My problem is gone!]]></description>
